Himayat Sagar, one of the primary sources of drinking water for Hyderabad city prior to lifting the water from Krishna and Godavari rivers to the city. Due to heavy rains from the last two weeks, the lake has reached its Full Tank Level, and 13 out of 17 gates opened at midnight on Oct 13, 2020 Nearly after 10 years.
